Team NorCal Lacrosse

Team NorCal is the oldest, largest and most successful elite and travel lacrosse program in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Now in our 6th year, we have grown from a single U13 team, to this year sponsoring 10 boys teams across Youth, Middle School, and  High School Boys Divisions, which represent Northern California in local, regional and national lacrosse tournaments year round. 

Team NorCal selects teams based on competitive tryouts each year.  We attract the most talented and dedicated lacrosse players in the Bay Area - from San Francisco to Monterey, and from Sacramento to Napa - to represent Northern California against the best all around the country. Our coaches are among the most accomplished college, high school, club, and youth coaches in California.  We have a philosophy that is unique in youth sports. We do not allow parents to coach any of our teams.  

A Team NorCal travel team experience is far different than a local team or recruiting camp.  Team NorCal is sending its teams year-round to over 10 very competitive regional and national lacrosse tournaments in many of America's lacrosse hotbeds. 

We practice on the best lacrosse field in the state of California at Palo Alto High School. We have done this for many years, and the success of our program speaks for itself.   We are the only travel team in Northern California with this broad a selection of teams and tournaments . Players who join Team NorCal in the youth divisions can continue through their High School years and play with the best in the area year round.  The 20 boys who played with us 5 years ago as U13 All Stars are now among the most highly sought after high school lacrosse players in California,  and many have committed to some of the best D1, D3, and MCLA college programs around the country.
