Team NorCal Lacrosse

Team Norcal 2012
This will be our 5th year running the Bay Area's largest and most successful boys youth lacrosse travel team. This year we are sponsoring three U15 Boys teams - U15 Platinum (includes 9th graders), U15 Blue and U15 Gold.  Our teams in the past have done extremely well against some of the best teams in the country.  Last year in 2011, our U15 Blue team won a spot in the prestigious U15  US Lacrosse National Championship, and finished in the top 16 teams in the country.   We are also sponsoring 2 U13 teams - Blue and Gold, and 3 U11 teams (Bears, Quakes and Tides).  OUr High School program will sponsor 3 teams, with tryouts in January. 

Team NorCal has become a year round program that practices and plays in local, regional and national tournaments year round.  Each team plays in 4-6 tournaments per year that ar skill appropriate.  We have won medals in many prestigious tournaments throughout the country.  

Tryout  Details:

• Location: Palo Alto High School, Lacrosse Field (along El Camino directly across from Stanford Stadium)
  • Sunday December 11th Noon - 3PM (U15)
  • Saturday December 10th 2-5PM (U13)
  • U11: Sunday March 18th 4-7PM
  • HS: Sunday January 22nd 2-5PM

Eligibility
All players in the Bay Area are eligible to tryout for this regional All Star travel team.  You must have been born after 8/31/1996, and not be a 9th grader in order to participate in this program on the Blue or Gold U15 team. High School players, however, can participate in the Team NorCal U15 program - the Platinum team does allow 9th graders to participate - however the tournaments they attend are often different and compete against High School players.  U13 players must have been born after 8/31/1998, and U11 players born after 8/31/2000.
