Although the skies threatened deluge, the sun held off the rain long enough to show our Canadian guest the beauty of California lacrosse in winter. 

Ontario Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee and 4x World Cup star Troyhann Santos shared her knowledge and expertise with our 14U/12U girls travel teams this past Sunday in Palo Alto.  Troyhann coached two 2-hour clinics in which she packed an amazing amount of lacrosse.  Throughout the many drills (stick work, shooting, picks, and more), she hammered in the message of “feet are always moving”.  Similarly, she challenged players to catch and throw “within your frame”.  Players enjoyed the fast-paced and engaging activities as much as they enjoyed interacting with Coach Troyhann.  A fabulous day was had by all!
