Team NorCal Summer Day Camps for Boys and Girls

THE BIGGEST AND BEST DAY CAMPS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

Registration for Summer Day Camps 2026 is now OPEN.

WHY TEAM NORCAL SUMMER CAMPS?

Our 17th Year of Summer Camp Success - We have learned how to do this, and our camps get better each year - combining the best of the old and the new.  We are the largest lacrosse summer camp provider in Northern California for a good reason!

College, HS, and Team NorCal Travel Team CoachesOur coaching roster is unmatched.  Many of our travel team coaches participate in many of the camps, and returning college players and graduates are frequent guests in our Intermediate/Advanced Camps.  Our Beginner Camps are staffed by extremely skilled high school players and adult coaches who have the patience and the skill to teach young players how to get started in the game.

Outstanding Locations MidPeninsula and Palo Alto  Locations. Our locations  have turf fields,  picnic tables and bathroom facilities. We care a lot about the atmosphere of the camp.

Largest, Most Vibrant Camps in the Bay Area - Our camps average 80 players per camp (ranges from 50 to 120 depending on location).  That means there is a good range of players, so all skill levels will have critical mass, and there is a great deal of energy at a typical camp.  You'll see why we set attendance records every year and our returning camper ratio is so high!

Separate Boys and Girls Tracks -  Separate fields and instructors for both games.  Girls are led by Colleen Niklaus, Team NorCal's Executive Director and Director of Girls' Programs, Team NorCal Travel Teams Coach and former St Ignatius Coach Varsity Head Coach, where she led them to 4 #1 rankings in the State.  Boys are led by Ryan Bolaños, Team NorCal's Director of Boys' Programs, Team NorCal Travel Teams Coach, and "2025 Coach of the Year" for both CCS and USA Lacrosse.

Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced Level Camp Options - Differentiated instruction/instructors/fields for all ages (6-18 yrs)  and skill levels.  For Beginners, we start from scratch and go methodically through the fundamentals.  For Intermediate/Advanced, a 'training camp' experience for players at the travel team level or with several years of experience looking to substantially enhance their skills.
Both Colleen and Ryan are former teachers and you will see that in how we run our camps and interact with our players.

Half Day, Full Day and Overnight Options

Beginners can choose to attend half day or full day. We encourage half-day for our younger campers, and full day for middle and high school campers.

Intermediate/Advanced Camp is always full day.

We also have an overnight camp: Bear Valley Overnight Camp is a four day, three night, overnight camp in Bear Valley, California in the Sierras, geared towards advanced players.

Free Loaner EquipmentWe have full gear  available for boy and girl beginners to use during the camp.  If you have some or all of the equipment, we encourage you to bring it, but if not, we ave you  covered!  (Girls need mouthguard, stick, and goggles.  Boys need mouthguard, stick, helmet, gloves, armpads, and chest protector.

Camp JerseyAll campers get a reversible Team NorCal pinnie to use and keep!

Non-Lacrosse Activities -  While we love lacrosse, we find it fun to occasionally feather in other co-ed all camp activities like Capture the Flag, Sharks and Minnows, Lacrosse Baseball and Olympics to help campers make more friends and also keep interest high.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Please visit our Policies page for details.
